- Sleeping in weird positions (Thanks Jenna for the reminder). I can no longer sleep in my regular side/stomach position, I am now propped up with pillows and flip a lot. And it is only going to get worse.
- Once a month our church walks forward for communion, and often an entire family will got forward and the pastor will pray for the young children who do not yet take communion. Well, a few weeks ago, when we went up our pastor pulled us aside and prayed for Baby Z. It was amazing, and weird and made me cry. :) He is already a child, with a soul, and God already had a plan for his life. Incredible.
Tales of the events, both real and imagined, thoughts, ponderings, some deep and some shallow, observations and the like as experienced by a girl, who was born in the north, grew up in the west, moved to the east and currently lives in the south.

Feeling Real, Part II
Ok, I forgot a couple things from my last post that have made this "having a baby thing" seem even more real:

oh i can echo those feelings... those prayers always made me tear when the boys were inutero. such special and real times! those "communal communion" times are my favorite moments in church.
i can identify about the sleeping issues... i currently sleep with 5 pillows (one is a body pillow - poor Caleb is about to be knocked off the bed!) and it still feels like i'm lacking support. oh well, its all preparation for being up all night with a baby anyway, right? ;-)
