Game Day

The pregnant lady danced circles around all of us! 

We had a great day of soup, cornbread, christmas cookies and lots and lots of games!!  Scattegories, Scrabble, Just Dance... A good day was had by all!  

Cousins!

 While Micah & Lara were home for a few days between the wedding and heading for Texas, we managed to squeeze in some cousin pics for the grandma!  Horray for cousins!!

And for the record:  Ben 5, Naomi 3, Juliet 20 months & Isaac 4 weeks. :)

Bye Bye Utah!!

Watching Uncle Buzz walk/run/slip/slide down the driveway to his car for the last time. 

And we made it home... barely.  Naomi got sick on the plane.  Let's just say that doing wardrobe changes (yes, plural) in an airplane bathroom with two small children is not much fun. 

When in Utah...

Uncle Nate was an amazing teacher (he even sings his way down the mountain), and Ben was a great student.

Winter Wonderland

We have landed in Utah!  And are enjoying all of its delights...

A Short Trip to Charlotte!

We made a quick trip to Charlotte after Christmas to visit family that was in town.  We had a wonderful time at the park, having dinner and then games and sweets at the hotel!

Merry Christmas from NC!  We had a relaxed day of some nerf-gun turkey hunting, sword-wielding, and a wonderful time with family!!

Adding to the Family!!!!!

This weekend we added to the Krishnan Family!!!!!  My brother Micah "popped the question" to Lara and she said YES!!! 

Since this is MY blog, I can say whatever I want... I just want the world to know... THIS IS MY HANDIWORK!!!!!!!  I set them up 2 years ago (I told Micah, but never Lara :)... it took them long enough to figure it out, but so thankful for both of them, and that God brought them together!!!!

 Celebrating Micah's 19th birthday... 6 years late... since he missed it while at boot camp. :)  Lara made his traditional "Flag Cake" with a fall twist... the pink sparkly candles were her special touch. :) 

We also went on the LaZoom Purple Bus Tour (this time without crashing into a car in Montford).

Little did Lara know, that her day of surprises for Micah would end with one for her. :)

NC Mountain State Fair

 My mom flew in to be Grandma-Extraordinaire for 10 days while I had a booth at the Mountain State Fair.  Here are a few of the highlights!

We were able to celebrate Juliet's 1st birthday with her!  Juliet was not impressed with the cake, but we had a great time anyway!  (P.S. We are soo excited that my brother Micah and Lara are dating :).
